SPRING CLEAN FEVER on March 29, 2025

Coldwell Banker Solano Pacific is pleased to announce that they are hosting their 3rd Annual Spring Clean Fever event for Benicia area residents that will give them access to shredding services, e-waste disposal and donation drop off of gently used clothes, accessories, shoes and some home décor items.

This community cleaning event will be held on Saturday, March 29th, from 9AM to Noon in the front parking lot of Benicia High School, 1101 Military West, in Benicia.

DAV (Disabled American Veterans) will be collecting donatable goods. They are not able to accept large, bulky items. If unsure about whether an item can be donated, check their website at davpickupservice.org.

Coldwell Banker Solano Pacific is also hosting the paper shredding. This is a great opportunity to safely dispose of any documents no longer needed. The shredding will be done on site!

Bay Hauling is providing the e-waste disposal. Proper disposal of electronics is crucial to the environment.

Monetary donations are not required, but will be accepted and be put towards funding an AED machine that will be installed on First Street in Benicia.

WINTER COAT DRIVE

Coldwell Banker Solano Pacific is honored to host our 3rd ANNUAL WINTER COAT DRIVE from November 11 through December 12, 2024. Thanks to our wonderful community, our previous coat drives were a huge success, and we would like to thank you in advance for taking time this year to go through your closets and donate if you can.

Boxes for the collection of new or gently used coats, sweaters, sweatshirts, warm hats, scarves and gloves of all shapes and sizes will be located at Coldwell Banker Solano Pacific office at 900 1st Street, during our regular business hours (M – F 9am – 5pm; S & S 10am – 4pm; closed Thanksgiving).

Donations will be given to those in need in the community so please help us to assist those who can use some extra warmth this season.
