CBSP’s Backpack School Supplies Drive May 15th – June 15th 2025

It’s that Time! Our inaugural backpack/school supply collection is up and running, and like to ask that everyone help spread the word, here, there, everywhere and please donate if you can! 🙂
Our office is accepting donations through 6/15/25 and for your convenience we have placed 2 collection boxes out in front of our office located at 900 First Street, Benicia CA. 94510.
There is also a monetary donation box in the front foyer with info Tax I.D. info for your donation. All proceeds will benefit low income families through the Benicia Community Resource Center.
We have an amazing team of Real Estate professionals that work here at CBSP and looking forward to working on this with you! 💝

FREE EVENT!! Save the Date for CBSP’s 3rd Annual Spring Clean Fever on 3/29/25 9am-12pm

SPRING CLEAN FEVER on March 29, 2025

Coldwell Banker Solano Pacific is pleased to announce that they are hosting their 3rd Annual Spring Clean Fever event for Benicia area residents that will give them access to shredding services, e-waste disposal and donation drop off of gently used clothes, accessories, shoes and some home décor items.

This community cleaning event will be held on Saturday, March 29th, from 9AM to Noon in the front parking lot of Benicia High School, 1101 Military West, in Benicia.

DAV (Disabled American Veterans) will be collecting donatable goods. They are not able to accept large, bulky items. If unsure about whether an item can be donated, check their website at davpickupservice.org.

Coldwell Banker Solano Pacific is also hosting the paper shredding. This is a great opportunity to safely dispose of any documents no longer needed. The shredding will be done on site!

Bay Hauling is providing the e-waste disposal. Proper disposal of electronics is crucial to the environment.

Monetary donations are not required, but will be accepted and be put towards funding an AED machine that will be installed on First Street in Benicia.

Home Improvements Pay Off

With a little time and effort, you can make minor repairs for a major return on your home improvements. One great place to start is in the powder room or main bathroom. It’s the perfect place for a quick and easy fix that yields a big impact.
Try switching out the vanity or updating the fixtures to reflect a modern design aesthetic, or maybe a new medicine cabinet is in order. A fresh coat of paint on the walls works wonders as well as a beautiful shower curtain. Changing or adding tile, even to a small area above the sink as a backsplash, adds interest. Some small tweaks can make a bathroom look shiny and new. These simple upgrades will make a ho-hum bathroom come to life and appeal more to potential home buyers.
